THE FOLLOWING PEOPLE ARE NEEDING TO SWITCH THEIR CONCESSION STAND DUTY DATES:

POINT SYSTEM:
It is necessary to have a point system to bring about family participation to provide the help that is vitally needed for the continued growth of the organization.

Therefore, the point system has been put into effect and works as follows:

Each family will be responsible for a $100.00 deposit check which will be held until the accumulation of ten (10 points) has been reached. All families are required to use the point system in all divisions from T-Ball through the senior division.
Points may be earned by participation in one or all the following ways.
1. Service as an elected PYA Board Member (10 pts for fulfilling the obligation in article V. section C of the bylaws).
2. Service as a team manager or coach (10 pts for fulfilling the requirements for managers and coaches determined by the Executive Board of the PYA as outlined in article VII, section B, item 1 thru 7 of the bylaws).
3. Service as a team coordinator (10 pts for fulfilling the requirements for team coordinator determined by the Executive Board as outlined in article VII, section B, item 7 of the bylaws).
4. Concession stand duty (1 pt for every hour worked can be accumulated). (2 complete shifts)
5. Team sponsorship minimum of $300.00 with a limit of 2 parent sponsors per team.
6. Any other assistance that is required by the Association upon approval of the Executive Board of Directors.

Points are also referred to as participation credits. If buying out, points must be bought out at time of registration for $50.00.

Once you are scheduled for the concession stand duty with the PYA Points Coordinator, it is your responsibility to see that you arrive on time and fulfill the time that has been assigned to you. You may check the PYA website for your scheduled dates and times.

If you are not able to work one or both of your scheduled dates, it is YOUR responsibility to find someone to replace you by:
1) trading with another family from your team or another PYA family
2) send a request to pyaballpark.org to post a need to trade date
3) check the PYA website for others that need to trade

Concession stand duty for rain out games will be rescheduled through the Points Coordinator, Ann Schulte at (636)271-0514 or (314)484-0804.
After you have accumulated 10 points, your deposit check will be destroyed.

I agree to adhere to all rules and regulations of the Point System. I have agreed to the scheduled dates and times below. If I fail to work one or both of these dates, my deposit check will be deposited into the Pacific Youth Association account with no possibility of refund.
